PvP Vanity questions.

For all PvPers out there. I'm not really into FFXIV pvp... it's a pain as caster with every single attack getting canceled with each attack, especially with long casts. But seeing the rewards from Frontlines, getting wolf marks is so fast now, you could buy a 12k piece in 1 day and I was wondering the following:

- Do I need a specific rank to PURCHASE a specific item (that has a rank restriction to WEAR it)?

- Do I need a specific rank to use that piece as GLAMOUR (the same rank necessary to wear it)?

You can buy them at any rank, but you still need the rank to wear/glamour.

They're all dye-able btw which gives more incentive to get them.
