Main Quest Line - "Picking up the Sledge" Reward issue

Last night (07/11/14) I finished "picking up the sledge" quest off the main story line, and it offers Materia: Strength, Vitality and Dexterity. I picked Dexterity and didn't seem to light up. But "Accept" did light up. So I figured I was okay, and picked "Accept". It ended the quest, going to the next quest, HOWEVER, I NEVER received my Dexterity materia. And yes, I looked through my inventory. I got the materia reward (Mind) from the previous part of the story line, but not Dexterity of this quest. I feel cheated. Any way I can have a Dexterity +7 materia delivered to me? :confused:
