just upgraded my computer to win 8.1 64bit now that SE supports it per the website and it cuts out on downloading patches every 5min so I can't get the download completed. I have turned off firewall and turned off antivirus. I have also attempted a torrent site someone post on here last year but the torrent site is no longer active cuz it won' t download the file. How can I get past this because I can't play until its fixed.
