Unable to lot gear in Syrcus Tower

Hi, I just resubscribed today, and was unable to lot any gear for Syrcus Tower. On the very first boss, it said I already had received gear, when I had not even stepped foot in it before.

I decided to try some more, seeing if anything would change, but no luck, still could not lot on anything, even when some nice dragoon boots dropped. In the end, I spent a fair bit of time to test if it was just a one off bug, and ended up pretty disappointed.

Maybe it has something to do with playing during the last free weekend several months ago, and completing crystal tower then. It could be a bug for people who played during the free week.
