Account hacked

I cant log into my FF XIV account or SquareEnix site at all today:(((

Where can I get help? Their site just is a sea of FAQs and its a bit confusing reading through it all due to im a norwegian.

Edit: I have now managed to reset my password and done a deep system scan with AV and other spyware programs and found 2 trojans. Both has been quarantined and deleted. I have also gone and bought 1 of those security tokens for extra safety.

First time ive ever been having a gaming account hacked or attempted hacked. And ive been playing WoW for 6 years and only used Mobile Authenticator the last year without any problems there.

Change your online habits, keep browsers up to date as well as their addons such as Flash Player. Would also recommend a program such as McAfee SiteAdvisor, there are a lot of site that trick Google into listing them first and peopel today trust google so much they just blindly click the links.

Actually I've had the same thing 2 times in the last 2 weeks. Just follow the links and change your password and you can log in.

Thanks Eunys. Lots of truth what you wrote. I do keep myself safe on the internet. I dont use McAfee sideadvisor. But BitDefenders similar webprotector. Ive managed to keep my WoW account safe for 5 years, 4 years even without the Mobile Authenticator.

I think the main reason this happened was due to when I installed the Patch 1.18, my AV cancelled the downloader due to Trojan warnings. I read on forums that AVs could be too sensitive and turn off AV while installing. Which I did, and the day after, I couldnt log into the game.

I got BitDefender, IObit Malware Fighter and Advanced System Care running all the time. And my AV does a scan every night at 3am, and I turn PC off when I go to work in the morning.
