Unable to d/l patch files

Unable to d/l patch files.
11003, 10009, 10019

tried all methods when the agents from support chat told me (use my ISP open TCP ports, set my IE security setting to low, delete all cookies, use Cable to connect internet (i really dont understand why they keep telling me not using wireless, well sometimes it works(?), but most of time including 100% game time i used wireless has no probelm) ) and im still having those errors. :mad:

and i also reinstall the game too, no luck on fixing it.

anyone having these problems? and any idea to fix?
