Construction Permit Question

So I have a question about purchasing a Construction Permit. Say we save up enough money for the plot of land, is there a time frame in which we have to purchase a construction permit? For example, if we don't purchase the construction permit in X amount of days would we forfeit our land? We almost have enough gil saved for a large housing plot but not quite enough for a construction permit, so I was wondering if we should save up money for a construction permit before buying the land or just buy the land and worry about the permit later. Thanks in advance for any and all advice on this subject.

I don't think there is a time limit. We bought our land and didn't know about the permit being another million (medium house). It took us a few days to get that money together. I think as long as you visit the land in the 30 day window you are OK.
