Loot Locked After Account Reactivation
I just came back to XIV after a 6-month-or-so hiatus. The new content looks great, but unfortunately when I unlocked Syrcus it seems I was already locked out from rolling on loot. I have run the content twice since to confirm that I am unable to roll, and have checked my inventory and armory chest to confirm I haven't received any loot.
I've filed two bug reports, and after speaking with GM Emdub, he recommended I post my issue here in the bug forum as well.
It's really disappointing to come back and get stuck on a bug like this as I'd like to get caught up and jump into the new Coil content, so it'd be great if SE could get back to me with some kind of resolution for this!
