Legacy Tattoo STILL missing!

Hello!

I recently recovered my FFXIV:ARR Legacy character, he was deleted when my account was hacked, and he is missing his Legacy Tattoo. I have tried the subcommands (all of them) several times and none of them work. The option to display it is not in my Character Configuration. I've sent in reports but the one response told me to post on the forums and report the bug, but that wouldn't help me retrieve my mark. The GMs can check to verify my character (Eddard Moore on Balmung) is a Legacy character, I have my mount and was subscribed, but I am missing my tattoo. As a roleplayer I wanted the tattoo to use it in my story and lore, but I can't do that now and I am the type of person who simply has to have it to use it! It marks me as a Legacy player, it shows I survived the Calamity! Is there ANYTHING a GM can do to help me? Please! I am very upset!
