80 Skill Speed or 80 Parry?
Whichever makes you feel better, honestly.
It's an unpopular opinion but Parry may as well not exist. In many cases anytime you parried a big hit, you then got overhealed because healers have no way of knowing ahead of time that "oh this hit will be parried, I can use a lesser heal". You have to act like every hit is not going to be mitigated by the chance of block or parry or you're rolling the dice.
On the flip side, that speed probably won't allow you to do anything particularly notable as far as your rotation goes.
Pick whichever has the cheaper (STR for Topaz, VIT for Ruby) T4s I guess.
Ruby if you play any other STR jobs as well. There's also Yoshi P's cryptic line about "Skill speed will be more important going forward"...
