Shard sources?

Prices have skyrocketed since patch.
Besides brain killing gathering, what are your favorite shard sources?

You can hire a Gathering Retainer to farm 30 shards or crystals per 40mins. If you have two Gathering retainers...

1 token per 40mins. Combine that with leves, maps or gathering and you'll be swimming in crystals!

Start your own crystal rackets and extort others. Use your FC house as a front for your gilz. Soon you'll be known as the Crystal Baron.

I only have my retainers get shards for me. 2 retainers getting 60 shards per 40 minutes works out well while you're off doing other stuff.
