Help!
Okay so my husband bought this game for PC back last year and stopped playing because he didn't have a job. Now he has one and we figured out what his password was but we have run into another problem. The registration code that was given online when he bought it (digital) doesn't work. It keeps coming back up that it's already registered. So now what? and also, Do we have to pay for his subscription again like put a form of payment in on his mogstation first before the code will work? what should we do? thanks! :)

You wouldn't need to register the game again. Just log in using his password and reactivate the subscription, then it should allow you to log in.

it asks for the registration code though when we re-downloaded the game onto his computer. Idk what to do.

I tried to pay for a subscription to his account but it keeps coming back saying that there aren't any active charecters or something like that. and when I proceed to payment, it doesn't do anything. :(

Okay, make sure you are going to the following link to log into the mog station:
This is the link taken from the Lodestone if you wish to proceed from there for security reasons.
Once logged in he will land on this page, it will look slightly different at first as I have clicked into a different tab.
Log in under your husband's account and first confirm there is an active service account, or game, registered to his Square Enix account.
1- Make sure you are logged in under his account (of course).
2- Click into "Account Services"
3- If there is an active game, you should see at least 1 available service account. These require the subscription. If this is not there, then there is no game tied to this account.

Now, I'm assuming that could be fairly useless but best to start from the start and cover all grounds as you did say your husband played before. If it was just during the beta, then an active service account was not required to play and so a registration code will be needed. If he had played previously while paying a subscription, then of course you must have activated a service account. If it is the first, then your code has been taken and you should contact the company that distributed it to you, keep records of purcashe and whatever else you have. If it is the second situation and you have previously paid a subscription, if there is an issue with payment, the mogstation did have issues with accepting cards before as far as I know. It did with mine.

We've tried that. When were on the application of the game, it wants a registration code and we can't get passed it. He said that he never paid and I put the cc information in for it but it didn't do anything. I'm so confused now.
