LFM for Raid Group: PLD, BRD, Caster DPS

My raid group is rebuilding, and we need 2 members to complete the roster.
Our raid times are Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6pm EST, and Saturday afternoons as needed. We're based out of <Mimic>, and we'd really prefer if you could join the FC as well.
Current state of the group:
All members are very comfortable with T6-8. 2 members have cleared T9 - me (SCH) and my bf (DRG). 2 others are close to clearing, with experience up to divebombs. 1 other has experience to the second ghost.
What we're looking for:
Please be comfortable with T6-8. Need some T9 experience, the more the better.
Mumble is required.
PLD - Spot filled!
BRD - If our caster ends up being a BLM, we'll need the BRD to kite, so exp with that is a plus.
Caster DPS (preferably SMN) - If SMN, it would be awesome if you can reliably kite Renauds.
