Raising Fellow FC Member's Chocobos

Hello! Don't think I've seen this part talked about/mentioned yet but I was wondering if anyone knows whether there are any negative side effects to training someone else's chocobo. Aside from obviously using your own feed for someone else's benefit. Based on the help text it seemed like it would not alter the favorite feed the owner is attempting to make their chocobo like and it looked like the help text mentioned that your chocobo could be trained by other FC members even if your chocobo is resting after you yourself trained it.

If the above is true it appears that there is zero negative consequence to allowing people to train each other's chocobos, so I'm just wondering, why have it be a permission that needs to be assigned to different FC ranks? Why not just allow anyone to take care of anyone's chocobo while stabled?

Also I'm pretty sure I didn't see anything in the patch notes regarding any consequences for training other people's chocobos or other's training your own chocobo. All I saw was that it mentioned that it could be done and is a Housing permission that the FC leaders need to dole out to whoever they so choose.
