GC Chocobo missing

I resubbed my character from 1.0 and I don't have my whistle from the chocobo quest. The GC chocobo isn't under my mount options and the quest to earn it isn't available at my GC. It acts as if I have it, because I can re-name my chocobo at the stall but there's nothing else that I can do.

try buying a chocobo issuance from the GC.

If that doesn't work, check the Calamity Salvager located in any city. They might sell you the whistle.
