Question please help
Okay so my husband bought this game for PC and he stopped playing around the end of last year because he didn't have a job. Now, he has one but we can't remember his password and when we go to change the password to a new one, it asks for security questions and we've entered everything possible and it still comes back saying it's wrong. If he makes a new account, will he have to buy the game again or what will happen?

A new account would require a new game yes
You could try contacting SE support but you would be better off just buying a new game because when it comes to that stuff its like pulling teeth.

Can he pay for it with paypal? because he has a paypal master card so I figured if he puts the money into that account, we might be able to get somewhere then and it wouldn't be that much of a headache.

You can buy the game online from many places with paypal yes and you can use game time cards or buy crysta with paypal as well to pay for the sub

please note that a new account would mean he needs to restart his character from scratch his old character would not be registered on the new account
the alternative with support they would ask for a notarized form with ID and such faxed to them and then they will maybe consider it. I would say try them before giving up but I really wouldnt get my hopes up on it.
