The first boss in Stone Vigil (Hard), Gorynich, will occasionally debuff people with a Heavy effect. When I utilized Tempered Will, it did not disappear. When I moused over the icon, I was surprised to find this description.
The icon is clearly "Heavy" and it does hamper my movement speed, it could not be removed via Leeches and Tempered Will did not remove it during the fight.
