So I went to pick up the R30 Conjurer quest "Good Knight, Sweet Dreams" to notice not only does it not list any rewards, it doesn't even show anything in the Journal. The quest name shows in the Journal, but that's it, information about the quest, where to go, or the rewards given for it are missing.
I just found the same thing, but considering I didn't get any form of cutscene, I wonder if it's simply saying "go here to start the quest properly". Either way, a little confusing.
Point: Bug (or maybe just the visible carapace) verified by a 2nd player.
Edit: Info is gone at other points as well. Seems like the entire journal tracking for the quest is indeed bugged. Will update when I know more.
Edit 2: Finished quest fine and got the appropriate rewards, but at no point did my journal show anything.

After a day of scrambling about trying to find out why this text (and only this text) was not appearing (despite being translated), we finally located the culprit and were able to wrangle him into submission. As it turns out, the text is actually showing up blank for not only English, but German and French as well. Luckily, all should be well in a coming patch.
Thank you again for the report. I'm going to throw this up on the known issues section of the patch notes, to make sure people are aware of it.
