Hieracrhy Suggestions Needed for FC Ranks

Hey All, was hoping to get some better ideas regarding some rank structures for my FC. We’ve got about 125 total, about half very active. Made up of men & women, mostly over 25. Would like to spice this up and make it a bit more fun without creating an insulting low tier. Current Structure is:

Commander
Vice Commanders
Captains
Veterans
FC Favorites
Adventurers
Members

Was playing around with a couple, but still kind of bland, was curious to see what you all might use that could be fun, ideas I’ve had that mostly stink so far:
Football: Owner, General Managers, Coaching staff, Offense, Defense, Special Teams and Injured Reserve
Military: President, Joint Chiefs, Officers, NCO, Enlisted, AWOL
