needs 3x demimateria obtained from disenchanting ifrit/garuda/titan/mog weapons.
also requires several other items, like battle-demimateria III:s.
then its done by a crafter using the new recipes obtained from the new Master Recipe books.
There are already /shouts in Revs on my server where people are flogging demimateria for 10,000g a piece
