Searching for a leveling FC

Heys folks. So my GF got me involved in FFXIV and I joined her server & FC (I know, not the best to start on a legacy server) And the issue i'm finding is that her FC is all fully leveled and not actively taking on new people. So in order to catch up with her I'm trying to find an FC where it will be a little easier to level for the time being.

IE, you have two of the following running most of the time:

The Heat of Battle II
Earth and Water II
Helping Hand II

What do you get? my smiling face of course, my FC credits, etc.

In RL I am a very low drama old fart (40) just looking to get ahead as much as possible.

I don't need my hand held. I can make my own stuff and get my own gold, etc.

Any FCs even accepting newbie players?

My current FC is friendly and such. They're good folks, but I seem to be the only one leveling anything. :)
