IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO DO THE CONTENT, DONT QUEUE AND WASTE EVERYONES TIME. PERIOD. IF YOU PLAN ON HITTING WITHDRAW IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE CONTENT POPS, DONT BOTHER. PERIOD. I sat in queue for 4 stinking hours because out of 72 people there had to be 6-7 morons each time queue popped hitting withdraw. You know what you're queueing for. It shouldnt be a surprise to you when it pops.

It's a system designed for trolls and it seems to be working.

I think its partly people also trying to fight each other, lol.

There is nobody to blame other than Square Enix, those people withdrawing could be stuck in cutscenes ect.

Honestly... this 2.3 patch just shows how rushed Square are at the moment.... the housing thing is just unacceptable. ... for a guy that states he takes influence from the other great MMOs.... his team still get things backwards or half-a**ed.

You can complain all you want, this is a design problem. SE should have predicted that that would happen. Expecting for all 72 people to hit ok is unrealistic.

The best we can do is to wait for a quick fix from SE. Even having a 10 min penalty to whoever withdraws is not going to fix it. Maybe start the game with 70% of the players and fill it overtime with others that join later?

This is a perfect example of why people need to be punished just as harshly for withdraw spamming and fishing for partial dungeons as those that bail at the start of a dungeon they dont want to do. Give these a**holes a 30min timeout. Theyre negatively impacting my playtime, and if I could get a hold if their names, I;'d have tickets in to the GM's for each one for harrassment.

You can tell it's much more than that. It's people doing it on purpose to keep people out of the content. So they can stroke their little woods laughing crazily.

no, withdraw is required... every game has it.

Its not the players fault if they need to change their minds after waiting ages.

The ONLY people here to blame are Square Enix ... their implementation of this is by far the worst of any MMO I have ever seen.... such a BASIC oversight ..... its incredibly bad.

All kind of people. Trolls and genuine withdrawals.

What they should do IMO. Say there are 5 players that hit cancel. The match will still start with the remaining 67 players. Whoever joins next will enter instantly in the one in progress. Hell it would fill it up before the match would start while everyone is waiting 1 min on the preparing lobby.
