Would be nice to have a few fan service fates or dungeons with unique vanity rewards. Something like a fate where Sin invades a portion of the sagoli desert with rewards being FFXIV outfits and weapons as vanity weapons. Nothing too hard, just stuff to add a little livelihood to Eorzea. Or an instances dungeon where a group of 4 players can challenge Sephiroth to a battle, making him extremely difficult with the rewards being simply bragging rights or vanity items.
Well one of the things they mentioned during the Lightning Returns content is that they wouldnt just add FF stuff in a nonsense manner but that it would be possible and make sense with the Lore of Eorzea.
Fan Service? Give us the Companion System from the April Fools day joke done by SE.
It's silly that the best idea/addition they have had in years was a complete joke on their part. If they would put that amount of work in all the time, no one would ever want to logout anymore.
