plans to allow FC's to own more than one house in the future?

has this changed? as in FC's being able to own 2 or 3 houses, with a limit of 3, there's already FC's that has like 3 FC's as a part of their clan and 3 houses, that way it wont make it so a FC can't amass a stockpile of gill and buy every plot on a new ward, what are y'all's thoughts on this? and if we can get an official answer that would be great.

I agree that SE should allow FCs to purchase up to 3 house, 1 max of each size and only one per "state" - e.g. you can have 1 small, 1 medium and 1 large and each located in different state. With current UI it will be even impossible to have more than one in the same state (if you'd put them in different wards) due to the way the "Home Ward" feature is implemented plus it would probably make troubles with mini aetheryte as well. You can gate the additional houses behind either higher FC level (let's say 7 for 2 and 8 for 3) or some spevific quest or "currency" / item "grind" to throttle it down a bit.

I noticed he said after 2.2 it will be possible to build house smaller than plot of land. What about going from smaller to bigger? I still think plot sizes being set is a mistake. It's going to be difficult for any FC to up the size of their house with the way wards are set up at the moment, then to worry about FC's snatching up multiple plots.

I don't like the idea of having to relinquish the land and/or sell my FC and the plot along with it when i'm ready to upgrade. There should be some way to renovate your current plot to make it bigger for a fee or something. I know that would mess with the landscape but i'm sure they could fix that in a patch.
