Full patch notes are up!
It now has all the recipes and the costs of the new housing wards. What else can people see that is new from the preliminary?

housing prices are fudged up again with new wards. ~golf clap~ should have expected that but I thought they would have handled that better this time >.<
Oomph. So much grinding to do lol
So excited to dye my regular af gear. To dye it, you need 1500 myth... per set :(
I guess I need to get back on that myth grind xD
Overall, I'm pretty excited for the patch. Tomorrow feels like Christmas
Crazy huge list, but no actual Black Mage mechanical changes. Boo
Augmented Saurian, Cashmere, and Wolfram pieces? Augmentation is only for dying purposes, right? I wonder if it will allow different parts to be dyed or if they will actually be upgrades.
I noticed this, under resolved issue "An issue wherein thaumaturges and black mages were able to cast multiple fire-based spells under the effect of Umbral Ice I or II."
Does that mean the mp regen trick to cast 2 flares is not possible anymore? That would be kind of a bummer.
Talk about some real love(ish) for Alchemists. Giving them AF augmentations is big. They do require master myth pieces from other classes, but still, that's some love. I wonder if SE expects the amount of myth items (cashmere, emery etc.) in circulation to increase with the new myth boosts.
lol on midgard I figured I'd wait to buy a house, thinking maybe it would go down after patch if not change at all, but it what.. nearly doubles? wow. No words. I guess I can wait a month for it to fall to the price it was already at. Ugg.
I re-read and saw it was for the sixth ward, so I guess I panicked over nothing. Nothing to see here...
