Crystal Tower - Cannot start because barriers up?

Hello,

Had a very odd bug happen in a duty-finder instance of Crystal Tower today. We started as normal, people casting protect and we start walking up the stairs... to be greeted with this O.o

No one could pass the barrier and the teleporters were not active so therefore it wasnt a case of someone had gone ahead and locked us out...

In the end I had to wait and abandon duty... :/
