House positioning before building

Hello. I don't have a house yet so I don't know if this can be done, but my suggestion is the ability to build your house on ether the left, right or center of your land and not just a set area, mainly the small houses. For example, the house I want to buy is in Goblet Plot #14. I love view of the waterfall, the water and town square but the house would block that area on the left side. I would like to build my house on the right side of the yard next to the rock wall so I can make a relaxing yard on the left side, because the right side has me staring at a wall. So the ability to move the red marker on ether side of the land before building would be nice. Thanks.
