[Request] Option to disable right-click targeting/selecting

As the title implies, I would like to request an option to disable right-click targeting. I predominately control the camera by right-clicking and dragging across the screen and occasionally this leads to me clicking/releasing on top of another target, causing me to unintentionally switch targets which can occasionally cause problems (Such as healing the wrong target or attacking something that's sleeping/bound).

Ideally, I would still like to be able to left-click select > right-click context menu but if the only way to implement this feature would be to make an option that made right-clicking exclusive to camera movement, I would still appreciate that. Thanks.
