Hey, I am planning to transfer to Odin with some others.
We've beaten T9 but raiding times on US servers kinda suck for EU players.
Anyone know whether there is a good and healthy end-game oriented group in Odin? We'd probably be planning on making our own new static unless there's a static with multiple open slots.
If anyone has any experience regarding this please let me know. Odin is currently my first choice our of Odin, Phoenix and Cereberus.

How many people are you considering transferring with; and what classes?
Quite frankly it really depends on what you are looking for when you say endgame oriented; something like a hardcore progression group along the lines of BG/Collision/etc?
If that's the case, nothing at that tier exists on Odin; however, if you're considering endgame groups that focuses on individual skill, group dynamics, and endgame content (primarily in this patch, T6-9 farming) as their primary FC focus, then I would say there are 2 places I would recommend.
First would be our FC Casual Pandas <Panda>, our primary goal is entirely endgame oriented, and focus on retaining competence within the player pool. We have 1 T9 farm group, another working T9, and recently started a secondary group of mixed alts working on T9. We are looking for permanent replacements for classes as some members are alts and scheduling would be generally smoother if we had them become stand alone groups for the future content. If you are interested, we can definitely have a chat.
The other, is Embrace or Sunshine <EoS>, which also is an endgame oriented FC, but much larger. Putting things in perspective, they have 3 T9 farm groups. Their Team 2 was the server first T9, our Team 1 was the server second. Not sure if they are recruiting though.
Without being too biased, if you want a big group but a broader mixture of skill level, go with them.
If you are looking for a smaller community, I would recommend us.
Person to see to if you want to speak to someone in EoS would be Voxfall Valerie, afaik none of our groups are needing any new members atm so it would be Vox's call if he wants a new group creating but my all means have a chat with both him and Dino to see which FC might fit you guys best.
Oh and we now have 5 groups with t9 on farm (not trying to brag just giving an accurate picture of our current progress).
Four people, of which 2 have beaten T9 a few times. WHM, PLD, WAR and MNK.
Yes, I am talking along the lines of T6-9 as endgame content and the upcoming Savage Coil.
Just one more question, at what times do you usually raid? On US server we raid between 12PM-6AM GMT. If we were lucky we'd convince them to get up early and start at 8PM GMT.

In our case it's entirely dependent of the group; generally the raid times range between 1800-0000 (6PM-12AM) Server time. Server time being GMT+1 at the moment.
The times are generally catered to Europeans who have a regular work schedule during the day.
As far as with existing groups, there are only 2 potential openings. If you guys want to split, that's something that can be discussed.
However, if you just need a community to hang with as you build towards your own static group, you are still welcome to join us.
We're always looking to recruit any top tier players.
As far as EoS groups go most start 6-7pm Server Time Tuesdays.
