This should of been applied to the random more than to people that form parties, now if it's applied to parties that are not full that's fine but the problem is mostly with all roulettes where players leave if they see a dungeon they don't want to do.

Even still they should not dictate to a fully pre made party that they have to wait 10 min. While Bray can certainly be done in full in 12-14 min easy some want to farm the first two and that's the choice they made when they put the party together, this should only apply to a group that uses DF to fill spots and not fully formed groups.

Umm, that penalty is there to prevent people who do high and expert roulettes as premade from exiting and re-entering until they get a dungeon they want.

It is more about Myth-Farm and finishing i.e. Brayflox at second Boss, which is under 10 Minutes. It was indeed an advantage over those not joining 24/7 with full Parties. Personally i could not care less about it, but i can understand people having a problem with that.

Errr nvm.. did not see that is for Duty Roulette.

Um... not if you leave while someone is still loading or before the instance starts.

Well you don't watch the same movie every day do you? You experience the story once and you're done. Plus is not like the story for most of the dungeons was that deep anyway.

Why would a fully formed group join roulette to farm Bray?
