Gardening patch & bbeds targeting

Hi,

I returned to the game after taking a half-year break and I started gardening right away. But there is something which drives me crazy:

Q1: How can I configure my character so the gardening patch in front of the FC house can be targeted by keyboard?

Q2: How to target/cycle through the individual flower beds?

I can't get it to work without having to grab a mouse and click around, which is highly uncomfortable, slow and unprecise. How do I need to change my targeting config, or is it simply not well enough implemented yet?
