90K of a different varyity

I have 5 characters on my account. Everytime I try to log into 1 of them (Beta Nota) I receive a 90K error I have no problems logging into the other 4 I have no problems. 2 of them are in the same location. The following information is provided:

Server: Hyperion
Main Character: Rizon Cerberus
Alt Characters: Ldocrow Cerberus, Raven Ironheart, Beta Nota, Kafi Hafi.
1st noticed 07/04/2014 @ 0300
Frequency: all the time.

Tried to restart the game then restart my PC to no effect.

Edit: Just attempted to log into this character on my PS4 and received a 10105 error. All other characters log in properly.
