Fan Fest 2014 Question about payment/ticket confusion!

Hello! Sorry for another random question, but, If someone else Is paying for me aka: my dad and I pay him in cash, would that screw up anything at check in time when we need to bring the ticket receipt and his name is showing instead of mine? Basically, if the ticket buyer isn't going but I am will that screw anything up? please help! :D Thanks! Oh, also I have a question about cosplay and if that's allowed. I posted a question previously about that haha. Thanks again! :)
