Phalanx (and other such abilities)

Hello,

I just wished to put forth a suggestion for the Gladiator ability Phalanx (and any other abilities that share this type of mechanic).

Simply put, I think it would be nice for Phalanx to light up on the hotbar only after you can successfully make the attack. Currently, you must block with a shield before phalanx can be used (in addition to the 250 TP required). Phalanx, as it stands, will light up on the action bar after the 250 TP is achieved, whether you can actually use the ability or not. It just seems like it should only be "Ready" once all conditions to use it are met.

I believe this would just be a minor change that might make this ability a bit more visible to people while they are tanking.
