Change Coil lockout mechanics

Instead of making it so that you could only clear coil once a week, they need to make it so that you can do it as much as you want, but can only roll on gear the first time you clear it... The weekly reset that requires you to do them in order is fine, but I want to be able to run earlier content with multiple groups of people.

+1 would love to do 6-8 more then once a week even if it was just to help others.

With the first chest equals your loot system you'd see everyone without a static doing coil on Monday night hoping to be the only person left that can lot. :p
