Tom weekly cap did not reset.

I recently transferred servers, does that change the reset? (if so shoulda waited one more day doh!)

I noticed this too last week on Balmung, everyone said that was how it had always been but I swear it was supposed to reset Tuesday mornings.

It usually resets at around 4am EST. Seems odd that it didn't reset for you after a transfer.
