Playstation 4 - Performance Issues - Coerthas Frame Rate Drops

Time: Always, though more prominent during Snowy Weather?
Frequency: 70~100%

Party or solo: Either
In-game time: Any
Area and coordinates: Coerthas Central Highlands - X:34, Y:21
Steps:
1. Head to Coerthas Central Highlands - X:34, Y:21 (Natalan, near the large circle of Ixali)
2. Point your Camera West towards Dragonhead, and move around in circles/while looking toward the mounts west.
3. Observe erratic frame rate issues.

Theory: The console is rendering the area/players around Dragonhead when the camera is aimed in that direction, thus causing the frame drops.

This has been an issue for some time, since the last 2 patches.

I experience it in Coerthas, Lost City in particular. Someone mentioned there may be a correlation between the FPS drops and the new particles they've added into the game, i.e snow flakes and the fluffly floating fluff balls in Lost City.

The Game at Large has frame rate and performance Issues. And the reason to my experience is that Object Occlusion is not being Utilised.

That is to say that Everything that is occurring in your current Zone is being processed by the PC / PS4.

Take the frame rate of say Camp Drybone, Pan the Camera Around and You will notice a lot of Judder, or Inside a large and busy City such as Limsa Lominsa.
