Novus question

Can i make a novus weapon using 3 stats?
Like, i wanted to use 31 det (cap), 10 accuracy and the rest of crit, but i dont know if its possible

You can add up to 5 stats.

You can definitely do this, and like NorthernLad mentioned, you could add up to 5 total stats, but each stat you add will take away from another stat. So 31 Det / 10 Acc / 34 Crit would be completely possible.

that's awesome, since i don't have any kind of perspective to do SCOB it should let me near the cap and still provide a great dps boost over the actual relic =)

I had a question about building the Novus Bow,

Im currently at 469 ACC, I wanted to add 44crit and 31det on my novus bow (BARD) build. If I do that it will lower my ACC from 469 to 429, Will I still be effective in T5, 6, 7, etc. ? Some ppl are saying you need at least 475 ACC to hit in later Coils, anyone know if I'll still be ok in Raids while im upgrading my gear to 100 which should bring me close to 450 in ACC.

I see those are the caps but I'm wondering how often will I miss if I enter T5, 6, 7, 8, 9 with 429 atm?

429 acc for lower turns would no problems, miss like 1-2% at max

The accuracy shown in the pic is optimal accuracy 100% hit, below that by 2-3 points would result in 98-99%

Yes 475 for all classes would be ideal to shoot for, 429 acc would in fact be too low
I sometimes miss in T4 with my blm and accuracy is around 465 atm
Myself i am not 100% sure yet what stats to add for Novus but definately crit, also one can always use food to boost their accuracy if need be
