SE infamous about delay thing, don't trust them :P

"We're still aiming for the release of Patch 2.3 on July 8th!" According to the dev blog. If they do it much later, they'll have to postpone the welcome back weekend too so I doubt they'd do that unless they had to.

Only with vague dates like "beginning of july"
By exact dates like july 8th they don't do many delays.
