Game is behaving as if the up key is held down

Playing the game on Windows 7 64bit. Every time I start the game client, the camera pans all the way up as if I'm holding down the up key on my keyboard. I also get the same behavior if I open my map or UI settings, the map and whatever UI element I have selected will zoom all the way to the top. I am unable to adjust the camera with my mouse, though using the keyboard will adjust this momentarily until I release the keys and the camera pans back to the "up" position.

So far I have tried restarting my system, starting the client with the keyboard unplugged, and even completely reinstalling the game client. I am not getting this issue in any other games or programs, so I don't believe it is an actual keyboard issue.

Edit: I should also mention that I have tried switching camera back and forth between character/legacy mode as well as switching between full screen/borderless windowed with no success.

Can you disable the up key in key config?

Problem solved! Turns out it was due to the game attempting to use vjoy controller mapping software instead of the xbox 360 controller. Mods please lock/remove, thanks.
