A Relic Reborn (Stardust Rod) Obtain a howling gale in the Howling Eye ( Hard )

The text says to start mission in the duty finder.The only quest listed in duty finder is the Howling Eye ( lvl 44) and this does not support the quest. Cannot continue till problem resolved.

You may need to re-attune to the entrance to Garuda

You need to get access to hard mode primals. You can do this by speaking with Urianger at the waking sands after completing the main scenario (beating the praetorium).

Yep, a quick google search indicated you do need to complete the initial main storyline.

You all are just awesome. You've helped an old man who just turned 76 yrs complete the quest and obtained the staff.I maybe old, but I enjoy playing on the PS4 and meeting fine people. Thanks again.
