I am returning to the game after some down time. I go to download the patches and I am downloading at a whopping 0.01MB/s!! This has gone on for about 2 hours (I walked away as soon as I started it). I have tried everything I know to get it to speed up, with no luck at all! Any ideas? (Not a huge computer geek.. so please use some English! :))

No. Everything is off. I am using my phone to send this, no internet connection with my home internet.
You're not alone, I'm also running into terrible download speeds and random server disconnects during the download - nobody else on the network, closed LAN, speedtest reporting speeds are fine as usual.
Download speeds going up and down, randomly dropping completely.
