Missing titles (legacy and ARR)
I decided to finally look through all of my achievements and titles now that we're able to display them, and noticed I'm missing a few of the legacy achievement titles, as well as titles that are still currently obtainable. I know for a fact I got them all from the NPC in 1.0.

Comparing my achievements to my current titles, I am missing the following legacy titles:
"Notorious Monster Hunter" from the achievement "Notorious Monster Hunting"
"Crystal Bearer" from the achievement "Chock-full of Elemental Goodness"
The following are *not* Legacy achievements, but I am still missing the title despite unlocking the achievement:
"Cavalier" from the achievement "Pimp Your Ride"
"Archmage" from the achievement "Mastering Magic"
"Flamelord" from the achievement "Burning a Hole in My Pocket III"
*edit: I've spoken to Jonathas and have already received all available achievement rewards from him. None of these titles were included.
