Cant re download client via Playstation 4

ok so let me start by saying i attempted to launch my game client today and on the ps4 it said this application has expired. i restart my ps4, restore licenses, do a bit of troubleshooting and finally decide ok il just re install the game client that should fix everything. I delete the ps4 client and mosey my way to the ps4 store and click on the final fantasy a realm reborn collectors edition which i purchased months ago. hmmm no download button says i already own game so i cant purchase. alright ill go into my game library surely it will be there and i can just click install. oh wow its not there either, alright ill go to the sony store website and go into my download history and download the game to my ps4 that way, click download to ps4.....nothing happens. Is my ps4 broken lol? i try deleting and re installing another game i own, works perfectly....hmmm ps4 cant be broken. I then go to sony live chat and talk to them for an hour they have 2 suggestions, 1 contact square enix so i can get a code for the collectors version of final fantasy so it intiates my download.... (sent them an email) OR get a refund on the collectors edition and just re-purchase the game hopefully clearing all licenses tied to the product..... anyone got other suggestions? i could buy it disc based and never have to do this bs again.....
