New player looking for other new players (newbie linkshell)

Hi folks,

I am a new player that recently purchased the game. In my attempt to meet other new players and form relationships, I have created a linkshell (called 'newbie linkshell') with the hope that I can found a friendly and helpful community.

For those who don't know, a linkshell is a giant chat group of people who share a common purpose.

If you want to learn the game at a more natural pace instead of watching videos of instances you have yet to complete, then ask "Saul Stone" for a linkshell invite. Currently, I'm running all low level content with many classes while I try to meet new people. If you want a partner to level with and run dungeons, FATEs, Hunting logs, or whatever then come say 'Hi!'.

My ultimate goal is to create a new Free Company with some cool people that don't want to rely on the duty finder and don't want their hand held by the more expert players out there...friendly though they may be.
