Please could a dev check the Technical Support forum's please 3002 error

Dear Dev's

Please could you have a look at the Technical Support forum's there are many of us still having an issue, with loging in due to the 3002 error. most of us have been unable to log in for almost 36 hour's now after the fix. kinda upset that these things have gone unnoticed. I know the big player base is fine but dont forget about the small people please. and not once has someone had a look just to say we are having a look in to it. feel like we have just been ignored even after many, of us have sent tickets spoken to your support to no avail.
