Allfy's Compiled 2.2 DoH/DoL info!

So I got tired of looking at 3 separate guides for gathering and melding everything... Therefore I compiled the info from several guides i used into 1 Google Doc. I have given credit where it is due within the doc and updated what i found to be wrong with the correct values.

I hope people may find this helpful :)
