need help making a decision and choco leveling

please no responses of whatever i find more fun, that is not the point, that being said.

theres 2 things i want to do in this game and thats get all classes to max level and have a summoner main<have a tank pet, have healer choco companion and myself as some dps> and then go out and do whatever. which would you do?

is there any great low level choco leveling guides out there? i google them and get the suggestion of doing dailies, leves and general grinding or videos showing me a level 50 in an AoE group.

anything in between that you know of?

oh and forgot something i am so pre occupied with doing all the quests at level with every class..so going just summoner all the time doing whatever quests leaves less for leveling the alt classes..

You can also do the weekly challenge log. If you complete both companion challenges your chocobo will get 15% of the xp needed to go up a rank. At rank 9 your chocobo would get 180,000 free xp per week.

Something I noticed that I don't think makes sense, perhaps I'm wrong- so more chocobo experience is given when the enemies fought are at around your level or above, which is why if grinding for choco exp with a high level class you have to use an area that has high level enemies; also the Challenge log only gives credit for enemies at or near your level. That part I'm sure of, otherwise people would just nuke ladybugs to level their choco quickly. That said, I noticed when I was level synch'd at a fate with my chocobo, so effectively at the same level as enemies, I did NOT get credit in my log for companion exp when it seems like I should have- has anyone else noticed this? I know things like ATMA fate grinding were designed to ensure we benefit in practically no way, but if I'm synch'd to a low level fighting enemies of that level, it should give me BOTH equivalent the chocobo exp I would get if fighting in another class that's actually at that level alongside with my chocobo, AND credit towards the accomplishment in my Challenge log.

Has anyone else assessed whether they think this is happening as it should when they're level sync'd?

At the beginning in 2.2 it was max 5 level lower to get into the challenge log. It got changed with 2.28 to 10 level lower.
FATE level-sync you to ~7 level above the enemies (2 level to high before 2.28)

Eh, I think it matters the fate, some fates didn't give me challenge log counts, others did.

That fate somewhere in la noscea where a bunch of pirates want to overpowerspam the poor merchant? I killed one wave of 20 and had the first part finished.

A bit further back with the fish necks. The small things didn't count the boss counted as 1.
