poor support -_- on stolen gill through the market board
has anyone else had trouble dealing with support? I recently had 600,000 gill stolen from my account do to someone hacking the market boards. I was trying to buy a stack of copper ore for around 5k. After i received the copper i checked my funds and noticed that i was missing 600,000. When i tried to talk to support they told me to post it on the bug section of the forums, and said they wouldn't do anything else for me. I then sent them another letter asking them if this was really the best they could do for me, they then thanked me for my suggestions, which i didn't give any, and stated that they were always trying to make the experience better.... Seriously i wasn't looking for a hand out and i don't feel i was being unreasonable in asking for them to find where the stolen money went and transfer it back to me. what is the point of having support if you don't actually support the people asking for help? Anyway this is my horror story feel free to share yours.
