Not sure where to post this, but i have an idea for the Devs.

I stopped playing ffxi quite some time ago, but i still read the update notes now and again to see whats going on. They came out with this thing called "Trust" where you can summon NPCs (even in battlefields) to your side.

Now: i was thinking of how difficult it is to level DPS, because there are so few people in the game that play tanks, etc. the que time is ridiculous. What are the chances we could get something like trust with our retainers?

I think it would be awesome, i'd even pay the extra 2.00 a month to get another retainer to level a retainer as a tank, then be able to use that retainer to enter dungeons as DPS.

(Obviously this wouldn't apply to anything 8 man, just 4 man content)

Just throwing it out there, think its got some potential.
